Sagar Pandya

Sagar Pandya is an AI and cyber security expert working at Ntiva. He is also an educational content creator who posts regularly on TikTok and Linkedin.

The Ask:

Pandya had had social media success before discovering my old agency, but he had never been able to sustain it. His objective is to create consistent social media content that helps build his personal brand.

What I Did:

Pandya is a client that my company has been interested in for a while. He is in the same Entrepreneur's Organization as my bosses, and is always looking to grow. With Pandya, my primary responsibility was to create a strategy that would allow him to stand out from the competition. To me, this involved making him the leader in at least one of his three niches.

Entrepreneurship and AI are two incredibly oversaturated fields; cybersecurity is seemingly wide open. Pandya is incredibly knowledgeable in all three of these fields, but I chose to make cybersecurity the primary focus of his content. This allowed us to make videos that hadn’t already been made before. I also wanted to prioritize making Pandya a trustable figure who doesn’t appear to gatekeep information. To do this, I helped push Pandya to make a mini-AI guide to put in his bios. This means that the average consumer can now have a chunk of knowledge from one of the world’s leaders in AI.

After the content team shot videos, I created a distribution guide for Pandya. This document gave Pandya advice for how he could optimize his posting process, from giving him specific text on screen reccomendations to providing caption inspiration. This allows for Pandya to seemlessly upload his content to social media as if he was a social media professional.

What I Learned:

  1. Don’t be afraid to push back on the client! Pandya wanted to talk entrepreneurship; there’s a reason my team didn’t want him to do that. We wanted Pandya’s content to be as successful as possible, so we were willing to push back on Pandya’s ideas. If you have the client’s best interests in mind, they will understand.

  2. People need to stay in their lanes. I know a lot about advertising strategy Pandya knows a LOT about cybersecurity. Because we trusted each other when we discussed our fields, we were able to make successful videos.
